Jim Warner has been lifting for 40 years in both competitive and drug free Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting events.

He is a multi-time Ohio State Champion in Olympic Lifting.

His best competitive Olympic lifts 225 lb. Snatch and 300 lb. Clean and Jerk in the 148 lb. weight class.

His best competitive Power lifts are as follows:

He has won the AAU Powerlifting World Championships five times in the 148 lb. weight class (2004, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2015).
